CLUTCH PEDAL(for RHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the lower No. 1 instrument panel airbag Click here.

  2. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the clutch master cylinder Click here.

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the bolt and clutch pedal.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE TURN OVER SPRING SEAT COMPRESSION SPRING

    1. Remove the compression spring.

  6. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the nut, washer and bolt.

    2. Remove the clutch pedal from the clutch pedal support.

  7. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER

    1. Remove the spring holder from the clutch pedal support.

  8. REMOVE CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Loosen the lock nut and remove the clutch switch.

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL STOPPER BOLT (for 5L-E)

    1. Loosen the lock nut and remove the stopper bolt.

  10. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD

  11. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL BUSH

    1. Remove the 2 bushes from the clutch pedal.

  12. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR

    1. Remove the shaft collar.

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION

    1. Using needle-nose pliers, remove the 3 cushions from the clutch pedal.

  14. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL TURNOVER BUSH

    1. Remove the turnover bush from the clutch pedal.

  15. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS BUSH

    1. Using an 8 mm hexagon wrench and hammer, remove the clevis bush.
