IGNITION SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL IGNITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. A01XL0I

      for Manual Transmission:


      1. Install the ignition switch with the 2 screws.

      2. Connect the ignition switch connector and attach the wire harness clamp.

    2. A01XE5R

      for Automatic Transmission:


      1. Attach the claw to connect the key interlock solenoid wire harness to the ignition switch.

      2. Install the ignition switch with the 2 screws.

      3. Connect the ignition switch connector and key interlock solenoid connector and attach the wire harness clamp.

  2. INSTALL LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER


    1. A01XE8S

      Attach the 2 claws to install the lower steering column cover.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

      Tech Tips

      Turn the steering wheel to the right and left as necessary to install the 2 screws.
