LIGHTING SYSTEM(except 5L-E) ACC Signal Circuit

DESCRIPTION

This circuit detects the ignition switch is ACC or off, and sends this information to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).

  1. READ VALUE USING GTS


    1. Read the Data List according to the display on the GTS.

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)


    1. Disconnect the driver side junction block assembly connectors.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

      2K-1 - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

  3. CHECK DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the driver side junction block assembly.

    2. Remove the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) from the driver side junction block assembly.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      2K-1 - A-30 (ACC) Battery not connected to 2O-23 and 2N-1 10 kΩ or higher

      Battery positive (+) → 2O-23

      Battery negative (-) → 2N-1
