PROCEDURE


  1. CUSTOMIZE WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM (w/ Entry and Start System)


    1. Customizing with the intelligent tester


      1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

      2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

      3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

      4. Enter the following menus: Customize Setting / Wireless Door Lock.

      5. Select the setting by referring to the table below.

        Wireless Door Lock
        Display Default Content Setting Relevant ECU
        Wireless Control ON The function that turns the wireless door lock on or off ON or OFF Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        Hazard Answer Back ON When the lock switch on the transmitter is pressed, this function illuminates the hazard warning lights and side turn signal lights once. When the unlock switch is pressed, the hazard warning lights and side turn signal lights illuminate twice ON or OFF Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        Open Door Warning ON If a door or the glass hatch*1 is not completely closed and the transmitter lock switch is pressed, this function makes the buzzer sound for 5 seconds ON or OFF Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        Unlock 2 Operation OFF The function that unlocks the driver side door when the unlock switch on the transmitter is pressed once, and unlocks all the doors when pressed twice. If the setting is off, pressing the unlock switch once makes all the doors unlock ON or OFF Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        Auto Lock Time 30 s The function that changes the time until relocking after unlocking the doors with the wireless door lock function 30 s, 60 s or 120 s Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        Wireless Buzzer Resp*2 ON This function turns the wireless door lock buzzer response on or off ON or OFF Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        Wireless Glass Hatch Open*1 Long1 This function changes the operation method of opening the glass hatch by the transmitter 1tim ON, 2tim ON, Long1, Long2 or Prohibit Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        P/W Ope buzzer ON This function turns the wireless power window buzzer response on or off ON or OFF Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        Wireless Buzzer Vol*2 Level7 This function changes the wireless door lock buzzer volume Level7, Level6, Level5, Level4, Level3, Level2, Level1 or Level0 Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)

  2. CUSTOMIZING FUNCTION WITH MULTI-DISPLAY


    1. Customizing with Multi-display


      1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

      2. Enter the following menus: Setup / Vehicle / Vehicle Customization / Door Lock Settings.

      3. Select the setting by referring to the table below.

        Wireless Door Lock

        Lock/unlock feedback-lights ON When the lock switch on the transmitter is pressed, this function illuminates the hazard warning lights and side turn signal lights once. When the unlock switch is pressed, the hazard warning lights and side turn signal lights illuminate twice ON or OFF Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        Wireless lock when door opened ON If a door or the glass hatch*1 is not completely closed and the transmitter lock switch is pressed, this function makes the buzzer sound for 5 seconds ON or OFF Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        Remote 2-press unlock OFF The function that unlocks the driver side door when the unlock switch on the transmitter is pressed once, and unlocks all the doors when pressed twice. If the setting is off, pressing the unlock switch once makes all the doors unlock ON or OFF Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
        Lock feedback volume*2 7 This function turns the wireless door lock buzzer response volume 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. 7 Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
