PROCEDURE


  1. CUSTOMIZE METER / GAUGE SYSTEM


    1. Customizing with the GTS


      1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

      2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

      3. Turn the GTS on.

      4. Enter the following menus: Customize Setting / Warning or Display.

      5. Select the setting by referring to the table below.

        Note

        Be sure to record the current value before customizing.

        Warning

        Driver Side Seatbelt Warning Buzzer* ON Function to turn on/off the seat belt warning buzzer ON or OFF Combination meter assembly
        Front Passenger Side Seatbelt Warning Buzzer* ON Function to turn on/off the seat belt warning buzzer ON or OFF Combination meter assembly

        • *: This setting is only valid for the buzzer which sounds at 20 km/h (12 mph) or more

    2. Customizing with the multi-information display (for Optitron Meter)


      1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

      2. Pressing and holding the MENU switch in the steering pad switch assembly switches to customization mode.

    3. Customizing with the multi-information display (for Segment Display Type [except 5L-E])


      1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

      2. While on the eco driving indicator light setting display of the multi-information display, pressing and holding the ODO/TRIP switch in the trip switches to customization mode.

      3. Pressing and holding the MENU switch in the steering pad switch assembly switches to customization mode.
