VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE(for Engine Mounting) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the 2 vacuum hoses to the vacuum switching valve sub-assembly.

   2. Install the vacuum switching valve sub-assembly with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

   3. Connect the 3 vacuum hoses to the vacuum switching valve sub-assembly.

   4. Connect the connector and 2 clamps to the vacuum switching valve sub-assembly.

2. CONNECT STARTER ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 FENDER APRON TO FRAME SEAL LH

   
   

   1. Install the front No. 1 fender apron to frame seal LH with the 6 clips.
