EXHAUST MANIFOLD REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH


    1. A01XI3Q

      Remove the 5 clips and front fender apron seal RH.

  2. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 FENDER APRON TO FRAME SEAL RH

      Remove the 5 clips and front No. 1 fender apron to frame seal RH.

  3. REMOVE AIR SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector and detach the wire harness clamp.

    2. Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector and detach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 compression springs.

    4. Disconnect the exhaust pipe support to remove the front exhaust pipe assembly.

    5. Remove the 2 gaskets.

  5. REMOVE MANIFOLD STAY

      Remove the 3 bolts and manifold stay.

  6. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD


    1. A01XMJP

      Remove the 8 nuts and exhaust manifold.

    2. Remove the gasket.
