INTERCOOLER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the intercooler to the radiator with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:

      11 N*m  { 112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the vacuum hose to the intercooler.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL

   
   

   1. Install 2 new No. 2 radiator to support seals to the intercooler.

3. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY WITH INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the radiator assembly with intercooler assembly Click here.
