VACUUM REGULATING VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE


    1. A01XIVW

      Detach the clamp and disconnect the engine wire.

  2. REMOVE EGR VALVE BRACKET


    1. A01XESP

      Remove the 2 nuts and EGR bracket.

  3. REMOVE GAS FILTER WITH GAS FILTER BRACKET


    1. A01XGFU

      Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses.

    2. Remove the bolt and gas filter with gas filter bracket.

  4. REMOVE ELECTRIC VACUUM REGULATING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for EGR)


    1. A01XCLI

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A01XFSF

      Disconnect the 4 vacuum hoses.

    3. A01XF0G

      Remove the 2 bolts and electric vacuum regulating valve together with the bracket.

      Note

      Do not remove the electric vacuum regulating valve from the bracket.
