FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY(for Single Tank Type) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)


    1. B001GIYC01
      *1 No. 1 Fuel Sub-Tank
      B001CHY Slide

      Set the fuel sender gauge assembly on the fuel tank vent tube assembly. Then slide the fuel sender gauge downward to install it.

    2. Connect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector.

  2. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 3 Door)


    1. Install a new gasket and the fuel sender gauge assembly with the 5 screws.

      Torque:
      1.5 N*m  { 15 kgf*cm, 13 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector and fuel tank ground connector.

  3. INSTALL FUEL TANK VENT TUBE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

  4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER (for 3 Door)


    1. Install the rear floor service hole cover with the 3 screws.

  5. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT SUPPORT PLATE (for 3 Door)
