FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY(for Single Tank Type) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FUEL TANK VENT TUBE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

  2. REMOVE REAR FLOOR MAT SUPPORT PLATE (for 3 Door)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE REAR FLOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER (for 3 Door)

    Tech Tips

    Fold back the floor mat so that the rear floor service hole cover can be removed.

      Remove the 3 screws and rear floor service hole cover.

  4. REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

      Disconnect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector.

    2. A01XMAHE03

      Press down on the fuel sender gauge assembly claw labeled A. Then slide the fuel sender gauge assembly upward to remove it.

  5. REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 3 Door)

      Disconnect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector and fuel tank ground connector.

    2. Remove the 5 screws and fuel sender gauge assembly.

    3. Remove the gasket from the fuel sender gauge assembly.
