DESCRIPTION
The power management control ECU monitors the IGCT relay and detects the following malfunction.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
Tech Tips
If auxiliary battery voltage is applied to the +B1 or +B2 terminal in the power management control ECU even when the power switch is turned off, a short to B+ exists.
After the repair, clear the DTCs and perform the following procedure to check that DTCs are not output.
Turn the power switch on (IG) and wait for 15 seconds or more.
Turn the power switch off and wait for 30 seconds or more.
PROCEDURE
INSPECT RELAY (IGCT)
Remove the IGCT relay from the No. 2 engine room relay block.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Install the IGCT relay.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU - NO.2 ENGINE ROOM RELAY BLOCK)
Remove the IGCT relay from the No. 2 engine room relay block.
Disconnect the A38 and A39 power management control ECU connectors.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Install the IGCT relay.
Reconnect the A38 and A39 power management control ECU connectors.
