REAR BUMPER REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PLATE LH

      A01I1AA Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the hook and remove the rear bumper plate LH.

  2. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PLATE RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

      Apply protective tape around the rear bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the 2 screws.

    3. A01HXSK

      Remove the 5 screws.

    4. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips.

    5. A01I1FK

      Remove the screw.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    6. A01HYTTE01

      Disengage the claw (A).

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    7. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 6 claws (B) as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Disengage the 6 claws as shown in the illustration.

    9. w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System:


      1. Disconnect the connector.

    10. Remove the rear bumper assembly.
