FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensors.

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainers.

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer from the front bumper assembly.

  3. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 screws and front turn signal light assembly.

  4. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/o Side Turn Signal Light)

      Remove the 4 screws and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Side Turn Signal Light)

      Remove the 4 screws and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  7. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

      Disengage the claw and remove the front fender liner retainer.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the 6 screws.

    2. Disengage the 18 claws and remove the No. 1 lower radiator grille.

  9. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01I15Q

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01HZ9O

      Disengage the 6 claws and remove the radiator grille sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY


    1. A01HY2E

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01HZQW

      Disengage the 4 claws and 2 pins, and remove the radiator grille emblem assembly from the radiator grille.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. A01HXRS

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER SUPPORT SPACER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01HYRX

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. A01HYZ5

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    3. A01I1BY

      Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 front bumper support spacer sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage each clamp.

    2. A01I0R7

      Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. A01I001

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the front bumper side retainer LH.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
