      • *2: 6 Speaker

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      I61-6 (CLTB) - I61-3 (CLTE)*1 Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V
      I184-6 (CLTB) - I184-3 (CLTE)*2 Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V
      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      I61-3 (CLTE) - Body ground*1 Always Below 1 Ω

    5. A01HZFME01

      Check the waveform.

      OK
Tester Connection Tool Setting Condition Specified Condition
I61-3 (CLTE) - I61-5 (CLTS)*1 5 V/DIV., 5 ms./DIV Ignition switch ON, light control switch in AUTO position Correct waveform is as shown
I184-3 (CLTE) - I184-5 (CLTS)*2 5 V/DIV., 5 ms./DIV Ignition switch ON, light control switch in AUTO position Correct waveform is as shown

      • *1: 10 Speaker

      • *2: 6 Speaker

      Tech Tips

If the ambient light becomes brighter, width A becomes narrower.

If the result is not as specified, the automatic light control sensor may be malfunctioning.
