Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.


  1. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT PROTECTOR


    1. A01I23S

      Remove the rear combination light protector.

  2. REMOVE REAR LIGHT GASKET


    1. A01I22V

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides and remove the rear light gasket.

      Note


      • Be sure to remove any remaining old gasket from the vehicle body.

      • Do not reuse the removed gasket. Be sure to install a new rear light gasket to prevent water ingress.

  3. REMOVE BACK-UP LIGHT BULB


    1. A01HY80

      Turn the back-up light socket plug with the back-up light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and remove them as a unit.

    2. Remove the back-up light bulb from the back-up light socket plug.
