LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR INSTALLATION

Note

After installing the luggage compartment door torsion bars, use your hand to open and close the luggage door. Make sure the luggage door opens and closes smoothly.


  1. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR TORSION BAR SUPPORT

      Install a new luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR LH

      Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the left side luggage door hinge as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01HYZJE01

      Using SST, install the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the right side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

      Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR RH

      Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the right side luggage door hinge as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01I1CEE01

      Using SST, install the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the left side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

      Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL NO. 3 INDOOR ELECTRICAL KEY ANTENNA ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the clamp to install the No. 3 indoor electrical key antenna assembly.

      Note

      Be careful when installing the indoor electrical key antenna assembly. If the antenna is dropped, replace it with a new one.

    2. Connect the connector.
