ROOF RACK REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR ROOF RACK LEG LH

    A01X0W6

    1. Install the rear roof rack leg and lower roof rack frame gusset with the 2 nuts and 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR ROOF RACK LEG RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL CENTER ROOF RACK SUPPORT LH

    1. Install the center roof rack leg and lower roof rack frame gusset with the 2 nuts and 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL CENTER ROOF RACK SUPPORT RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL FRONT ROOF RACK LEG LH

    1. Install the front roof rack leg and lower roof rack frame gusset with the 2 nuts and 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL FRONT ROOF RACK LEG RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL UPPER NO. 1 ROOF RACK SIDE RAIL FRAME

    1. Install the 2 roof rack side frame supports to the upper No. 1 roof rack side rail frame and lower roof rack side rail frame with the 4 bolts and 4 screws.

      Torque:
      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL FRONT UPPER ROOF RACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the front roof rack bracket to the lower No. 2 roof rack frame sub-assembly and front upper roof rack frame sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF RACK END COVER

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the other 3 No. 1 No. 1 roof rack end covers.


    1. Install the No. 1 roof rack end cover with the 2 nuts and 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF RACK SUPPORT PLATE

    *1 LH Side

    1. Install the No. 1 roof rack support plate with the 9 nuts and 9 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }
    2. A01X2M2E02
      *1 RH Side

      Install the 9 nuts and 9 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF RACK DECK BOARD

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the other 4 No. 1 roof rack deck boards.


    1. Install the No. 1 roof rack deck board with the 5 nuts and 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }
