PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  2. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  3. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE


    1. w/o TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/ Fog Light:

      Remove the No. 4 engine room wire.


      1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Detach the 11 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

    2. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/ Fog Light:

      Remove the No. 4 engine room wire.


      1. Disconnect the 4 connectors.

      2. Detach the 12 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

    3. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/o Fog Light:

      Remove the No. 4 engine room wire.


      1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Detach the 12 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  7. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Click here

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Click here

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER INNER BRACKET (w/ Fog Light)

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the front bumper inner bracket.

  11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Remove the 2 retainers and the 2 screws.

    2. A01XBPK

      Detach the 5 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Remove the 2 retainers and the screw.

    2. A01X5AW

      Detach the 5 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  17. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. Remove the 4 retainers.

    2. Detach the 16 claws and remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket)

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GUARD (w/ Garnish)

      Remove the 4 nuts.

    2. Detach the 6 clips and remove the front bumper guard.

  20. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER PROTECTOR

      Remove the 2 front No. 2 bumper protectors.
