FRONT BUMPER(w/ Winch) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER UPPER CENTER RETAINER


    1. Attach the guide to install the front bumper upper center retainer.

    2. Install the 3 bolts.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. for Halogen Headlight:

    2. for LED Headlight:

      Click here

    3. for Halogen Headlight and LED Headlight:

      Click here

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH


    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the front bumper side support LH.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH


    1. Install the front bumper extension LH with the 3 bolts.

  7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER


    1. w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System:

      Connect the connector.

    2. w/ Multi-terrain Monitor:

      Connect the connector.

    3. w/ Fog Light:

      Connect the No. 4 engine room wire connector.

    4. Connect the winch control wire connector and attach the 6 claws to install the front bumper cover.

    5. Install the 3 clips, 5 screws and 4 bolts.

    6. Using a T30 "TORX" socket, install the 6 screws.

  9. INSTALL HEADLIGHT COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cover)


    1. Attach the 5 claws and headlight cover LH.

  10. INSTALL HEADLIGHT COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cover)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  11. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. Install the upper radiator support seal with the 7 clips.

  12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER WINCH COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 guides to install the front bumper winch cover sub-assembly.

    2. Attach the 2 claws.

  13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Push in the clip to install the front fender splash shield sub-assembly LH.

    2. Install the 3 bolts and screw.

  14. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Push in the clip to install the front fender splash shield sub-assembly RH.

    2. Install the 3 bolts and 2 screws.

  15. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING


    1. for Halogen Headlight:

    2. for LED Headlight:

  16. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light)

    Click here

  17. INSPECT TOYOTA PARKING ASSIST-SENSOR SYSTEM (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  18. ADJUST FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Multi-terrain Monitor)
