FRONT BUMPER(w/ Winch) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER INNER BRACKET (w/ Fog Light)

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the front bumper inner bracket.

  3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Detach the 10 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  6. REMOVE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET

      Remove the 2 nuts and front license plate bracket.

  7. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 3 clips.

    2. Detach the 10 claws and remove the lower radiator grille sub-assembly LH.

  8. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the fog light bracket LH.

    3. B001ZDI

      Remove the screw.

    4. Detach the 4 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.

  12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD


    1. Remove the 4 front bumper pad.

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 PROTECTOR

      Remove the 2 front bumper No. 2 protectors.

  15. REMOVE WINCH CONTROL WIRE

      Remove the 2 nuts and winch control wire.
