FRONT BUMPER(w/ Winch) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Detach the 11 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER INNER BRACKET (w/ Fog Light)

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the front bumper inner bracket.

  3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Remove the 2 retainers and the 2 screws.

    2. A01XBPK

      Detach the 5 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Remove the 2 retainers and the screw.

    2. A01X5AW

      Detach the 5 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH

      Detach the 6 claws and remove the lower radiator grille LH.

  10. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER PROTECTOR

      Remove the 2 front No. 2 bumper protectors.

  12. REMOVE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET (w/ Bracket)

      Remove the 2 nuts and front license plate bracket.

  13. REMOVE WINCH CONTROL WIRE
