  1. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Check for DTCs Click here.

      DTC B124D or B2432 is not output.

    OK

    USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK Click here

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HEADLIGHT ECU - INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR)

    A01XABZE01

    1. Disconnect the E101*1 or E109*2 ECU connector.


      • *1: w/ Dynamic Headlight Auto Leveling

      • *2: w/ Static Headlight Auto Leveling

    2. Disconnect the R16 mirror connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      w/ Dynamic Headlight Auto Leveling
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      E101-11 (RH+) - R16-10 (LIN) Always Below 1 Ω
      E101-11 (RH+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      w/ Static Headlight Auto Leveling
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      E109-17 (RHT) - R16-10 (LIN) Always Below 1 Ω
      E109-17 (RHT) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

  3. CHECK INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY


    1. Temporarily replace the inner rear view mirror with a new or normally functioning one Click here.
