DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly (sliding roof ECU) detects that the SLIDE OPEN or TILT UP switch in the map light is stuck for 30 seconds or more.

    1. Remove the map light assembly (sliding roof switch) Click here.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      19 (UP) - 17 (GND9) UP switch is not pressed 10 kΩ or higher

  4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY - MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY (SLIDING ROOF SWITCH) AND BODY GROUND)


    1. Disconnect the R15 sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly (sliding roof ECU) connector.

    2. Disconnect the R7 map light assembly (sliding roof switch) connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
