PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

2. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

   Click here

3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for Power Seat)

   Click here

4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for Manual Seat)

   Click here

5. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION

   Click here

6. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

   Click here

7. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH CUSHION

   Click here

8. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

9. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

10. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

11. REMOVE CONSOLE CUP HOLDER BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY

12. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL

13. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

14. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

15. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER COVER

    
    

    1. 

       Detach the clamp on the lower part of the cooler cover, and then pull the cooler cover upward to remove it.

16. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

17. REMOVE TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER (w/ Telematics Transceiver)

    Click here

18. REMOVE NO. 1 TELEPHONE BRACKET (w/ Telematics Transceiver)

    Click here

19. REMOVE COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY

    

    
    

    1. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 screws.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the 2 cooler pipes.

    3. Remove the 2 O-rings from the 2 cooler pipes.

    4. Disconnect the connector.

    5. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cooling box assembly.
