PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL HOLE COVER

    1. Install the instrument panel hole cover with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL METER HOOD SPACER

    1. Attach the 8 claws to install the meter hood spacer.

  3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK PIN

    1. Install the glove compartment door lock pin.

  4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK COVER

    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the glove compartment door lock cover.

  5. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the glove compartment door lock assembly with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both console compartment door cushions.

      Install the console compartment door cushion.

  7. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT COVER LH

    1. Attach the 3 guides.

    2. Attach the 2 claws to install the lower instrument cover LH.

  8. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT PLATE

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the glove compartment plate.

  9. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the glove compartment door sub-assembly.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  10. INSTALL GLOVE BOX LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  11. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE


    1. Attach the the clamps to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

  12. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  13. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

  14. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

    1. ach the 2 claws to install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle.

  15. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle.

  16. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 11 claws to install the defroster nozzle assembly.

  17. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER WITHOUT DOOR AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  18. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 AIR DUCT (w/ Rear Air Duct)

    1. Install the rear No. 1 air duct with the 2 screws.

  19. INSTALL CENTER HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
