PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY

    A01X959E01
    *1 Thermostat
    *2 Component without harness connected: (Rear Seat Cushion Heater)

    1. Heat the thermostat with a light.

    2. Check the seat cushion heater.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A-1 - B-1 Seat cushion heater temperature 25°C (77°F) 3.12 to 3.74 Ω
        A-4 - B-2
        A-1 - A-4
        A-2 - A-3 9.9 to 10.1 kΩ

        If the result is not as specified, replace the seat cushion heater assembly.
