FRONT SEATBACK HEATER INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Climate Control Seat System)

   *a	Component without harness connected (Front Seatback Heater Assembly LH)

   
   

   1. Check the front seatback heater assembly LH.

      
      

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Front Seatback Heater Assembly LH
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Seatback heater temperature 25°C (77°F) 7.4 to 8.8 Ω

         If the result is not as specified, replace the front seatback heater assembly LH.

2. INSPECT FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

   1. Check the front seatback heater assembly LH.

      
      

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Front Seatback Heater Assembly LH
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Seatback heater temperature 25°C (77°F) 7.4 to 8.8 Ω

         If the result is not as specified, replace the front seatback heater assembly LH.

3. INSPECT FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Climate Control Seat System)

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
