PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM, Diagnostic DTC:B2060

DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when a malfunction in the vehicle stability control system is detected. This circuit consists of the master cylinder solenoid (skid control ECU) and seat belt control ECU. Signals are sent from the master cylinder solenoid (skid control ECU) via the CAN communication line.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK DTC (CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM)

   
   

   1. Use the intelligent tester to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally (See page for LHD, Click here for RHD).

      Result

2. CHECK DTC (VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM)

   
   

   1. Using the intelligent tester, enter the following menus: Chassis / ABS/VSC/TRAC / Trouble Code.

   2. Clear the DTCs Click here.

   3. Check for DTCs Click here.

      OK
      DTC is not output.

   
   

   NG

   GO TO VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM (DTC CHART) Click here

3. CHECK DTC (PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM)

   
   

   1. Using the intelligent tester, enter the following menus: Body / Pre-Crash / Trouble Code.

   2. Clear the DTCs Click here.

   3. Check for DTCs Click here.
