  • Use the same procedure for LHD and RHD vehicles.

  • The procedures listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A01X7KJ

      Apply MP grease to the sliding areas of the lock.

    2. A01X5X4

      Connect the hood lock control cable.

    3. A01X02G

      Connect the connector.

    4. Install the hood lock with the 2 bolts and nut.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER


    1. A01X597

      Attach the claw to install the cover.

    2. Install the 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR MOUNTING LOWER BRACKET


    1. A01X010

      Install the No. 1 radiator mounting lower bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
