RELAY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  2. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. for Gasoline Engine:

      Remove the upper radiator support seal Click here.

    2. for Diesel Engine:

      Remove the upper radiator support seal Click here.

  3. REMOVE WINCH MAIN RELAY


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and disconnect the 2 wires.

    3. Remove the 3 nuts and relay.
