AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM(w/ Multi-display) Data Signal Circuit between Radio Receiver and Stereo Jack Adapter

DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly sends the sound data signal or image data signal from a USB device to the multi-media module receiver assembly via this circuit.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the z1 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the t1 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      z1-2 (US1-) - t1-2 (US1-) Always Below 1 Ω
      z1-3 (US1+) - t1-3 (US1+) Always Below 1 Ω
      z1-2 (US1-) or t1-2 (US1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      z1-3 (US1+) or t1-3 (US1+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      z1-5 (USG1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
