AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM(w/ Navigation System) Data Signal Circuit between Radio Receiver and Stereo Jack Adapter

DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly sends the sound data signal or image data signal from a USB device to the multi-media module receiver assembly via this circuit.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the F86 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the z62 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F86-2 (US1-) - z62-3 (UDI+) Always Below 1 Ω
      F86-3 (US1+) - z62-2 (UDI-) Always Below 1 Ω
      F86-5 (USG1) - z62-5 (UJSS) Always Below 1 Ω
      F86-2 (US1-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F86-3 (US1+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F86-5 (USG1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
