PROCEDURE

    INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT ASSEMBLY


    1. B001WI3

      Install the brake pedal support assembly with the 4 nuts.

      14 N*m 145 kgf*cm 10 ft.*lbf
    2. B001WHA

      Install the brake pedal support reinforcement set bolt.

      16 N*m 163 kgf*cm 12 ft.*lbf
    3. Tighten the hexagon bolt.

      23 N*m 239 kgf*cm 17 ft.*lbf
      Tip:

      Hold the bolt in place and tighten the nut.

    INSTALL PUSH ROD PIN


    1. Apply a light coat lithium soap base glycol grease to the inner surface of the hole on the brake pedal lever.

      Set the master cylinder push rod clevis in place, insert the push rod pin from the outside of the vehicle and then install a new clip.

  3. Click here

    INSTALL STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the stop light switch (Click here).

    2. Connect the stop light switch connector.

    INSTALL NO. 2 CONNECTOR HOLDER

      Attach the claw (A) on the bottom of the No. 2 connector holder.

    2. Lift the No. 2 connector holder and attach the 2 claws (B).

      Tip:

      After attaching the 2 claws (B), make sure that the claw (A) is securely locked.

    3. Install the connector to the No. 2 connector holder.

    4. Install the wire harness clamp to the brake pedal support assembly.
