PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NETWORK GATEWAY ECU


    1. Install the network gateway ECU with the bolt.

  2. INSTALL COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK RH


    1. Connect the back side of the 2 connectors and attach the wire harness clamp.

    2. Install the cowl side junction block RH with the 2 nuts and screw.

      Torque:
      for Nut
      7.6 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 67 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the 5 connectors.

  3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX DOOR KNOB

  6. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH

  7. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  9. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

  12. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH CUSHION

  14. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  15. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
