FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER DISPOSAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DISPOSE OF FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Set the front shock absorber assembly on its side.

    2. Fully extend the shock absorber rod.

      *1 100 mm (3.94 in.)

      Using a drill, make a hole in the cylinder between A and B shown in the illustration to discharge the gas inside.

      CAUTION:

      Be careful when drilling because shards of metal may fly about. Always use the proper safety equipment.

      Note

      The gas is colorless, odorless and nonpoisonous.
