4WD CONTROL ECU(for LHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL 4 WHEEL DRIVE CONTROL ECU

   
   

   1. Connect the 2 connectors to the 4 wheel drive control ECU.

   2. Attach the 2 guides.

   3. Install the 4 wheel drive control ECU with the bolt.

      Torque:

      13 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

2. INSTALL COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK RH

3. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

   Click here

4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX DOOR KNOB

   Click here

5. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH

   Click here

6. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL (w/o Passenger Side Knee Airbag)

7. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (w/ Passenger Side Knee Airbag)

8. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

   Click here

9. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)

   Click here

10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

    Click here

11. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

12. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION

13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

14. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
