OIL COOLER REMOVAL

  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING A

    Click here

  6. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING C

    Click here

  7. REMOVE FRONT UPPER CENTER BUMPER RETAINER

    Click here

  8. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE

    1. Slide the 4 hose clips and remove the 2 transmission oil cooler hoses.

  9. REMOVE INLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE AND OUTLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE

      Detach the claw to open the flexible hose clamp.

    2. Slide the 4 hose clips, remove the inlet No. 1 oil cooler hose and outlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.

  10. REMOVE INLET NO. 2 OIL COOLER HOSE AND INLET NO. 3 OIL COOLER HOSE

      Slide the 4 hose clips, remove the inlet No. 2 oil cooler hose and inlet No. 3 oil cooler hose.

  11. REMOVE INLET NO. 4 OIL COOLER HOSE

      Slide the 2 hose clips and remove the inlet No. 4 oil cooler hose.

  12. REMOVE OIL COOLER TUBE

      Remove the 2 bolts and oil cooler tube.

  13. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT

    1. Remove the 4 bolts and transmission oil cooler air duct.

  14. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 4 bolts and oil cooler assembly.

      Remove the 5 bolts and rear transmission oil cooler air duct.

    3. B001WW6

      Slide the 4 hose clips, disconnect the oil cooler inlet hose and oil cooler outlet hose and remove the air cooled oil cooler tube.
