SPEED SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SPEED SENSOR SP2


    1. A01XA1S

      Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the speed sensor SP2.

    2. Install the speed sensor SP2 to the automatic transmission assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • When reusing the speed sensor SP2, inspect the O-ring.

      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the speed sensor SP2.

    3. Connect the speed sensor SP2 connector.

  2. INSTALL SPEED SENSOR NT


    1. A01XBD9

      Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the speed sensor NT.

    2. Install the speed sensor NT to the automatic transmission assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • When reusing the speed sensor NT, inspect the O-ring.

      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the speed sensor NT.

    3. Connect the speed sensor NT connector.
