DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when there is an open or short circuit in the communication line between the rear sensors and the ECU, or when there is a malfunction in a rear sensor.

  1. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR [REAR CORNER SENSOR RH] - CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the O13 No. 2 ultrasonic sensor (rear corner sensor RH) connector.

    2. Disconnect the F92 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F92-22 (BOR) - O13-1 (BI) Always Below 1 Ω
      F92-24 (SOR) - O13-3 (SI) Always Below 1 Ω
      F92-23 (E1) - O13-5 (EI) Always Below 1 Ω
      F92-22 (BOR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F92-24 (SOR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F92-23 (E1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR [REAR CORNER SENSOR RH] - NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR [REAR CENTER SENSOR RH])


    1. Disconnect the O13 No. 2 ultrasonic sensor (rear corner sensor RH) connector.

    2. Disconnect the O14 No. 2 ultrasonic sensor (rear center sensor RH) connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      O13-2 (BO) - O14-1 (BI) Always Below 1 Ω
      O13-4 (SO) - O14-3 (SI) Always Below 1 Ω

    2. Disconnect the O15 No. 2 ultrasonic sensor (rear center sensor LH) connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
