DESCRIPTION

The ECM monitors the input signals of the Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) sensor No. 1. When the input signals and control signals are deviated, a DTC is stored.

When either condition below is met:


  • An ECM main CPU error.

  • An ECM sub CPU error.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC


    1. Clear DTC Click here.

    2. Turn the engine switch off.

    3. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal and wait for 1 minute.

    4. Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.

    5. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    6. Check DTC.

      OK
      P060D is not output.

    OK
