EGR COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 AND NO. 2 EGR VALVE ASSEMBLIES

  2. REMOVE NO. 3 WATER BY-PASS PIPE

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the 2 hoses to remove the No. 3 water by-pass pipe.

  3. REMOVE NO. 8 WATER BY-PASS HOSE


    1. A01X7PE

      Remove the 2 No. 8 water by-pass hoses.

  4. REMOVE STUD BOLT


    1. A01X1DZ

      Using an E6 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 4 stud bolts from the EGR cooler.
