DPF SWITCH(for DPF) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT DPF SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. A01X4RRE02

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      11 - 8 Switch OFF 10 kΩ or higher
      11 - 8 Switch ON Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the DPF switch assembly.

    2. Apply battery voltage to the switch connector and check that the DPF switch illuminates.

      OK
      Measurement Condition Specified Condition
      Apply battery voltage to terminal 10 (+) and 9 (-) Mark illumination illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the DPF switch assembly.
