HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY(for LED Headlight) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CORD


    1. A004XP3

      Connect the 2 connectors to install the headlight cord.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET


    1. Install a new headlight gasket.

  3. INSTALL LIGHT CONTROL LED ECU

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the light control LED ECU to the No. 1 headlight cover with the screw.

    3. A004ZIG

      Connect the connector.

    4. Engage the clamp.

    5. A004YW6

      Install the light control LED ECU with the No. 1 headlight cover with the 4 screws.

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING


    1. Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing.

  5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR


    1. A004VTQE03

      Insert the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) shown in the illustration.

    2. Turn the aiming screw of the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) shown in the illustration to engage the shaft.

      Tech Tips

      Turn the aiming screw the same number of times as it was turned during removal.

      Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (3) shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      When installing the headlight leveling motor of the headlight assembly RH, turn the headlight leveling motor in the opposite direction indicated by the arrow (3) shown in the illustration.

    4. Turn the aiming screw of the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (4) shown in the illustration to install it.

      Tech Tips

      Turn the aiming screw the same number of times as it was turned during removal.

    5. A004W1Y

      Connect the connector.

  6. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE


    1. A004VYD

      Connect the connector and install the front turn signal light socket and wire.

  7. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket and wire.

    2. A004WMM

      Turn the front turn signal light bulb and front turn signal light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and install them as a unit.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A004VPN

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install it.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

    2. Connect the connector.

  9. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LOCKING CAP


    1. A004XBZ

      Turn the headlight locking cap in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install it.
