HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY(for Halogen Headlight) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Connect each connector.

   2. 

      Engage the claw.

   3. Install the headlight assembly with the bolt and 2 screws.

      Torque:

      Screw (A)

      1.4 N*m  { 14 kgf*cm, 12 in.*lbf }

      Bolt (B)

      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 guides and 3 clips to install the front fender side panel protector.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
