OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG

   Click here

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH

   Click here

3. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Driver Side)

   Click here

4. REMOVE DOOR ARMREST COVER (for Driver Side)

   Click here

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)

   Click here

6. REMOVE DOOR ASSIST GRIP COVER (for Front Passenger Side)

   Click here

7. REMOVE DOOR ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)

   Click here

8. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Front Passenger Side)

   Click here

9. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)

   Click here

10. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR INSTALL HOLE COVER

    
    

    1. 

       Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws.

    3. Disengage the clamp and remove the outer mirror install hole cover.

11. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR PROTECTOR

    
    

    1. 

       Remove the outer mirror protector.

       Tech Tips

       Remove any remaining adhesive residue on the door.

12. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

    
    

    1. w/o Memory:

       
       

       1. 

          Disconnect the connector.

       2. Disengage the clamp.

       3. Remove the 3 nuts.

    2. w/ Memory:

       
       

       1. 

          Disconnect the connector.

       2. Disengage the clamp.

       3. Remove the 3 nuts.

    3. Disengage the claw and remove the outer rear view mirror assembly.
