PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE


    1. Engage each clamp to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

  3. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Navigation Antenna)

    except RHD with 7 Inch Display:

  4. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation Antenna)

  5. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation Antenna)

  6. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation Antenna)

  7. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

      Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <B>.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Engage the claw.

    2. Install the No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly with the 3 screws <B>.

  9. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly.

  10. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH


    1. Engage the 8 guides.

    2. Engage the 8 claws to install the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish.
