BLOWER UNIT DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A004WPN

      Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE


    1. A004WQM

      Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the air filter case as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE AIR REFINER ELEMENT


    1. A004YVT

      Remove the air refiner element as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE FRONT BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A004XB2

      Remove the 3 screws and front blower motor sub-assembly.

      Note

      Do not reuse the front blower motor sub-assembly if it has been damaged or received an impact.
