  1. INSPECT SECURITY COURTESY SWITCH (HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY)


    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (+) - 4 (E) Locked 10 kΩ or higher
      1 (+) - 4 (E) Unlocked Below 1 Ω
      2 (HWM+) - 3 (HWM-) Always Below 1 Ω
