DOOR CONTROL RELAY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. PRECAUTION

   Note

   After the power switch is turned off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work Click here.

2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD

   Click here

3. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

   Click here

4. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD

   Click here

5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH

   Click here

6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE

   Click here

7. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   CAUTION:

   Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

8. DISCONNECT FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP

9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL

10. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH (for Metal Finish Panel and Urethane Panel)

11. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH (for Wood Panel and Bamboo Panel)

12. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

13. REMOVE UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

14. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

15. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

16. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

17. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

21. REMOVE DOUBLE LOCK DOOR CONTROL RELAY ASSEMBLY

    

    
    

    1. Remove the bolt and double lock door control relay assembly.
